As a Project Finance, Senior Analyst, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external advisors to assess project finance opportunities that support FCC’s strategic priorities in Canadian agriculture and food. Your strong financial modelling and project finance analysis capabilities will enable you to prepare underwriting analyses, support transaction structuring and execution, and monitor ongoing portfolio performance.

Develop and maintain detailed project finance cash flow models and scenario analyses Conduct financial, commercial,
technical and sponsor due diligence Assess project risks and recommend mitigants Prepare underwriting analyses, credit applications and approval materials Support structuring, pricing and execution of project finance transactionsCoordinate external advisors and internal stakeholders Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance and early warning indicators Research sectors, markets and industry trends relevant to project finance opportunities A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field Minimum seven years of experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance, commercial banking, private credit, corporate finance or investment banking (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Extensive knowledge of project finance, credit analysis, due diligence and capital structure analysis Proven expertise in financial modelling and underwriting analysis Solid capability to assess project risks and support transaction decision-making Strong bilingual (English and French) communication skills An MBA, CFA designation or similar professional designation At FCC, we’re committed to creating an inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace – one that reflects the communities where we live, work and play.
