Our client is seeking a Senior Application & Systems Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support business-critical applications within a Microsoft technology environment. This is a hands-on development role working across Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, web applications, automation, and emerging AI capabilities .

Location: Hybrid 2-3d/week Toronto Design and develop solutions using Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, third-party applications, and Microsoft cloud technologies. Develop AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Azure AI services, and AI-assisted development tools. Design and support serverless integrations and automation using Azure Functions, REST APIs, Python, PowerShell, and Microsoft cloud services.

Integrate enterprise applications and data sources to streamline business processes and improve employee productivity. Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement. Apply appropriate security, risk-management, solution-management,



and change-control practices.

Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies, automation, and AI capabilities. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions. Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 5–8 years of experience in application and database development, maintenance, integration, and reporting. ~ Significant hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. ~ Solid experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform. ~ Experience with Copilot Studio, AI‑assisted development tools, coding agents, and/or Azure AI services. ~ Experience developing or supporting modern web applications. ~ Robust understanding of secure software‑development practices. ~ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple technical initiatives. ~ Ability to understand business needs and recommend secure, practical technical solutions. ~
