As the Senior Business Systems Application Analyst you will understand how a team really works today, find where the process itself is the problem, agree a better way of working with the people who do it, then configure the systems to support it. You are not a requirements-gatherer who hands work to someone else, and you are not a ticket queue.

You own the problem from process map to configuration. We want rigour — you will be building it rather than operating inside it.



Map current-state processes across sales, marketing, finance, people ops and support; Lead the migration of platform administration from departmental experts into IT, one application at a time.

Administer the platforms once transitioned: configuration, licences, permissions, fields, workflows and automation. Provide tier-3 support, produce documentation and train business-side process owners. Demonstrated business process improvement experienceL you can walk us through a process you mapped, redesigned and implemented, and say what measurably changed. ~3+ years as the hands-on administrator of one or more business SaaS platforms.
