IATA's Business Intelligence Services team is seeking a Specialist to support day-to-day BIS operations and data delivery, reporting to the Senior Manager DDS Operations. You will assist with contract implementation, data validation, and customer success support across BIS products. The role requires a university degree and 3-5 years in BI operations, plus solid English communication and a proactive, team-focused mindset in a multicultural environment.
