On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Cybersecurity & IT Resiliency Program as outlined below. This position will be required for a twelve (12) month term, beginning immediately or as soon as possible. The successful candidate will report to the organization's Program/Project Manager and collaborate closely with stakeholders and various departments across the enterprise.

Identify and document business problems, opportunities, risks, and objectives. Translate high-level business concepts into detailed functional and technical requirements. Document business requirements and high-level solution designs.

Assess and document current-state (as-is) business processes and develop future-state (to-be) processes. Prepare decision-support materials and present findings to stakeholders. Support project planning, WBS, RAID logs, status reporting, and other project documentation.

Develop or support test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test scripts. Support or lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Work with technical teams, vendors,



and stakeholders to resolve functional and requirements-related issues.

Support change management, training, operational handover, and documentation. Business requirements and functional specifications Fit-gap analysis Test planning and execution documentation Change management materials Training materials Project status reporting 10+ years of experience providing senior business analysis leadership on large-scale, complex system implementations. ~ Experience supporting SDLC initiatives as a Business Systems Analyst. ~ Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, data centre technologies, on-premises networking, and cloud infrastructure. ~ Solid requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and process modelling skills. ~ Experience leading or mentoring business analysts and subject matter experts. ~ Ability to translate business requirements into detailed system specifications. ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Visio and Project. ~ Bachelor's degree with formal business analysis training, or equivalent experience. #
