- Lead analysis and delivery for Front Office projects
- Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders
- Collaborate with Agile teams on User Stories and Epics
- Support QA processes and test planning
- Drive project tracking, risks, and deliver clear communications

Requirements:

- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets
- Strong Fixed Income trading knowledge and experience
- Proficiency with trading platforms and integration tools
