The Senior Business
Analyst will support the implementation of the Risk Management Central (RMC) project, an initiative to expand RL6 from a clinical incident management platform to a centralized enterprise risk management solution. Working closely with business stakeholders, project team members, and vendor partners, the Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, validating, and managing business requirements, analyzing current and future state processes, supporting testing activities and ensuring business needs are accurately translated into project deliverables.
Duration: 6-month contract with a possibility of extension Collaborate with business, operational and technical stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives and use cases. Maintain business relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful implementations that enable system-wide improvements and sustainability. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) requirements with end-users. Document reporting limitations, assumptions, and business impacts.
Process
Improvement and Workflow Optimization Support sustainability planning and ensure a smooth support handover to IS Ops at project closure. Degree in Business / Information Systems / Health Sciences or related field with supplemental business education is preferred (equivalent education and experience will be considered) Minimum 3 to 5 years’ business analysis experience Healthcare, compliance, risk management or incident management experience considered an asset.
Experience supporting software implementation, business transformation, or enterprise application projects.
