Collect, analyze and document improvement needs, coordinate change requests with the teams concerned and support the implementation of solutions.

Plan, carry out and coordinate user testing activities, including acceptance tests, documentation of test cases and follow-up of results.

Contribute to change management, user training and the production of required documentation (guides, procedures and work instructions).

Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, monitoring methods, and resource utilization, including process modeling and skills development.**Hold an undergraduate degree (bachelor's degree) in information technology, business administration or a related discipline.

Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in information technology, including five (5) years in business management.

Have carried out business management as part of a project with a minimum scope of 10,000 person-days in the last five (5) years.

Have participated in at least two (2) mandates of a minimum duration of one (1)



year each involving the use of BPMN (Business Process Management Notation).

Have participated in at least two (2) mandates requiring coordination and interaction with a minimum of three (3) projects.
