We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (SimCorp Dimension) - Platform Operations & Continuous Improvement to join our Application Delivery team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, operations teams, technology teams, and vendor partners, supporting the ongoing success of AIMCo’s SimCorp Dimension platform.

This position is focused on platform operations, production support, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement. You will help ensure the platform remains stable, efficient, and scalable while identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and increase automation. Work closely with Global Technology & Data (GTD) agile teams to implement enhancements and improvements within SimCorp Dimension.

Support production stability and provide technical expertise during incident resolution activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, data quality, operational efficiency, and process optimization. Identify operational risks and implement controls that improve platform resilience and reduce manual intervention.

Build trusted relationships across business, operations, and technology teams. You are comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to deliver practical, business-focused solutions.



2+ years of Experience working with SimCorp integration modules including Filter Toolbox, Data Extractor, Communication Server, Batch Job Groups, and Services. ~SQL, PowerShell, or similar) to support workflow automation and reporting.

Experience in pension, asset management, or financial services environments. Improved operational controls, automation, and platform stability. Built strong relationships across business, operations, and technology stakeholders.

Reduced manual processes through process improvement and automation initiatives. Contributed to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
