Your Role in Supporting Our Members: As a Senior Financial Services Representative, youwill leverage your communication skills as you effectively manage complex situations, problem solve and provide personalized advice.Member's complex inquiries will be satisfiedin a timely manner and within established service standards.

Representativeswill grow through your transfer of knowledge and expertiseto assure member’s needs are met, thus helpingVancityredefine wealth consistent with branch objectives.This is a Full-time, Permanent role located at Lynn Creek Community Branch (Branch 46). Perform member transactions consistent with established standards so that a high level of quality service delivery is achieved Provide ongoing technical support to the service team (new and tenured)



so that member experience standards are achieved Apply branch service standards and support adherence to policies and procedures Apply and support adherence to controls to meet compliance and security requirements and mitigate risk Tech-savvy – People often say you’re a quick learner and great with technology & systems and can provide technical guidance to others. Knowledgeable – you have advanced knowledge of the relevant Vancity policies, procedures, products and services.

A High School Diploma – At a minimum, you have graduated high school and/or equivalent Customer Service Experience – At least 1 year of working experience interacting with people and businesses in a professional capacity Call center and branch experience Post SecondaryEducation/Diploma (Related Discipline) This role offers a salary range of $33.90 to $41.98 per hour . Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity.
