You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand clinical needs and develop actionable improvement plans. Your work will drive the ongoing optimization of clinical workflows and content, focusing on quality and patient safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Connect Care improvement opportunities across the health system
- Collaborate with clinicians to co-design optimized clinical workflows
- Inform change management and user education successfully
- Develop comprehensive plans supporting quality improvement initiatives
- Construct and maintain clinical content standards for Connect Care
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree required; clinical background preferred
- Minimum 5 years in clinical informatics roles
- Extensive experience in healthcare delivery knowledge
- Solid project management and communication skills
- Proven ability to mentor and lead discussions
