digital strategy, business transformation, or related disciplines. ~ Demonstrated success leading complex digital, customer, or business initiatives within consumer-facing organizations. ~ Experience developing strategic plans, digital roadmaps, or operating models that support long-term business objectives and customer outcomes. ~ Strong understanding of digital experiences, customer journeys, product delivery, customer engagement, and performance measurement. ~ Experience leveraging data, customer insights, market trends, and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. ~ Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate complex organizational environments, and build consensus across cross-functional teams. ~ Experience leading teams through growth, change, transformation, or evolving business priorities. ~ Experience managing external partners, vendors, or strategic relationships is considered an asset. ~ Experience operating within Agile environments; exposure to other delivery methodologies is considered an asset. ~ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities. ~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Design, Psychology, or a related discipline.
