As Senior

Director, Talent, Culture and Employee Experience, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Define and lead the talent strategy by developing and implementing an integrated vision for talent and leadership development, performance, equity, diversity and inclusion, and succession planning; Support the cultural transformation toward a learning organization by inspiring change,



fostering agility and promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation; Advise executives and Human Resources business partners on strategic decisions related to the development of people and teams; Ensure the alignment and impact of programs and initiatives by connecting them to organizational priorities and measuring their concrete contribution to business results; Represent the Talent and Culture function by demonstrating influential leadership within strategic forums and internal and external professional networks. Demonstrates strong expertise in project management and Human Resources process optimization; Is recognized for their business judgment, executive communication skills and ability to make an impact with senior leadership; Has an advanced level of English and French proficiency, as the role involves advising senior executives and collaborating with English-speaking and French-speaking internal and external partners on a regular basis.
