We're looking for a solutions-focused and communicative Senior Electrical Engineering Designer to join our Healthcare Division and play a key role in delivering successful projects across the healthcare sector.

In this role, you'll combine strong interpersonal skills with sound design knowledge to collaborate directly with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams. You'll help translate client needs into effective design solutions while ensuring projects are coordinated, accurate and aligned with expectations. Prepares plans, designs, engineering calculations and cost estimates for more complex projects generally involving three or more drawings and multiple trades.

Assesses design constructability and makes edits to existing design specifications with support and guidance from more senior engineers. Manages and prioritizes own project activities in order to meet project deadlines for all assigned tasks. Develops standards and reports with support and guidance from more senior engineers.

AutoCAD, HHA Drawing Standards, Plotters, etc.). Gains exposure to creating project plans by helping Project Managers with entering the plan to the CRM. Ensures technical accuracy and competency of design details of a project.





Works independently with general supervision in solving problems. Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent). ~3-4 years of experience in engineering consulting within the building services industry. ~ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for design and documentation. ~ Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. ~ Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, constructible design packages on schedule. ~ A collaborative mindset, open to feedback and mentorship, with a commitment to continuous growth in technical and project delivery skills. ~ Keen attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance with codes and standards. ~ Enthusiasm for buildings and the built environment, with a drive to contribute to projects that shape impactful healthcare spaces.
