Estimator - Mid/High-rise Residential - Toronto As a Senior Estimator you will help shape complex mid-rise and high-rise communities from early planning through construction. In this role, you will lead construction cost planning, budget management, and cost-control support while partnering closely with construction, development, design, procurement, and finance teams. This is an opportunity to bring your estimating expertise to high-profile urban projects.

Lead the development and management of construction budgets for multi-million dollar mid-rise and high-rise projects. Lead and support zero‑based budgeting exercises to build, validate, and refine project budgets from the ground up. Drive value engineering opportunities to achieve cost efficiency in collaboration with cross‑functional project teams.

Support the development of standard project finishes, features, and upgrade programs, providing cost guidance and recommendations. Lead budget reviews during the construction stage, identifying risks, variances, and opportunities for cost management.
