We're looking for a Senior Estimator (Events & Experiential) who combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to help shape the success of our most complex and exciting projects. In this role, you'll partner with sales, project management, design, production, and fabrication teams to develop accurate, competitive, and comprehensive project estimates that support business growth and exceptional client experiences.

As a Senior Estimator, you will be a trusted technical expert and team-oriented partner throughout the project lifecycle. Develop detailed cost estimates for trade shows, exhibits, experiential environments, branded activations, and permanent installations Analyze proposals, renderings, CAD drawings, specifications, and design documentation to perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost evaluations Partner closely with Sales, Project Management, Design, Production, and Fabrication teams to validate project scope, assumptions, risks,



and opportunities Identify cost‑saving strategies and value‑engineering opportunities while maintaining design intent and quality standards Review and evaluate estimates generated by project teams to ensure consistency and accuracy Collaborate with strategic suppliers and fabrication partners to obtain pricing and assess project feasibility Maintain and continuously improve estimating tools, cost databases, and pricing resources Analyze trends, historical costs, and production data to improve forecasting and estimating accuracy Provide technical guidance and mentorship to estimators and cross‑functional teams 5+ years of estimating experience within exhibits, experiential marketing, custom fabrication, museums, themed environments, retail displays, or permanent corporate installations ~ Production and installation processes Architectural drawings CAD files Technical design documents Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline‑driven environment Customer‑focused mindset with exceptional collaboration skills Ability to present estimate assumptions, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders Business‑savvy decision making and commercial awareness Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with proficiency across Microsoft Office applications Bachelor's degree preferred, or Equivalent combination of education, industry experience, and technical expertise Last but not least, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion. we strongly value diversity at our companies.
