Fengate Asset Management Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Real Estate (Hybrid – FP&A; / Reporting) Reports To: Senior Manager, Finance – Real Estate The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Manager of Finance, Real Estate. The individual will be supporting the financial planning & analysis and reporting for Fengate’s segregated funds, predominantly on Canadian residential and resort operations and US Hotel operations. This role will have the opportunity to interact closely with the Finance, FP&A;, Developments, Investments, and 3rd Party consultant teams.

Support investments team to maintain models to project performance metrics such as cash flow, operating returns, IRR, ROIC, MOIC, NPV, etc. Prepare monthly accounting entries and bank reconciliations for segregated funds Assist with year-end audit process through the preparation of audit working papers Work closely with accounting teams of joint ventures to co-ordinate and compile support for investment models, quarterly reporting, cash management, development draw requests,



debt covenants and other ad-hoc requests Work closely with banks to secure financing and perform other treasury functions Identify and implement continuous process improvements across different areas of scope Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or other relevant technical discipline Experience with working in the real estate or asset management space is preferred Solid Excel modelling skills, ability to construct professional PowerPoint presentations Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar) to enhance financial analysis, reporting, research, and workflow efficiency. Solid understanding of statement of earnings, balance sheet, cash flows, IRR, ROIC, etc.
