Analyst ~ We are currently seeking a team-oriented professional to join our Finance and Accounting department.

The Senior Financial

Analyst will be responsible for the organization’s financial analysis and planning activities.

Analyze Purchase Price

Variances (PPV) and other cost variances, explain the drivers behind fluctuations, and provide recommendations to improve financial and operational performance. Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Accounting teams to validate cost assumptions and ensure the accuracy of financial data. Review and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare monthly cost analyses within a standard costing environment and explain variances.



Provide relevant information and financial analyses to support decision-making across the organization, as needed. Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.

Develop business intelligence (BI) reports to support decision-making. Apply strong problem-solving and logical programming skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, dynamic array functions, pivot tables, financial modeling, and report automation.

Robust knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Infor M3 Cloud, as well as financial performance management systems (d/EPM) for extracting, analyzing, and consolidating financial and operational data. Creative, curious, and detail-oriented. Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, is essential.

English communication skills are required due to daily interactions with teams located outside Quebec, primarily in the United States.
