Demonstrates active community involvement and establishes a positive profile of the Funeral Home within the community. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrates strong customer service skills with the ability to partner will all levels of the organization.

Excellent knowledge of Funeral Home procedures and business practices including Everyday Excellence and Funeral Home Procedures Manuals. Arranges,



coordinates and directs funeral ceremonies. Meets and surpasses the needs and expectations of the families we serve.

Maintains active involvement within the community and is committed to building and establishing effective relationships and rapport. Supports the Funeral Service Department’s vision of technology integration by understanding the role technology plays in the funeral home’s success. Assists survivors with filing claims for death benefits.

Provides access to post‑death counseling and support group activities in order to assist individuals who are adapting to changes in their lives following a death. Provides support and guidance to Funeral Directors, Apprentice Funeral Directors, Funeral Director Assistants and Office Administrators. Uploads funeral service information to website and Sharing Memories.
