Coalition, Inc. is seeking a Senior Global Benefits Manager to lead our international perks strategy and day-to-day administration. This remote-first role works across People Operations, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliant, scalable programs that meet local requirements.

You will drive a long-term roadmap for benefits, oversee leave, retirement, and pension programs, and partner with external advisors to optimize vendor management and data integrity.
