In this position, you’ll partner with leadership, navigating complex employee relations and ensuring adherence to HR policies. Guide management on performance and employee relations issues
- Oversee WSIB and attendance management programs
- Maintain discretion in handling sensitive HR matters Post-secondary education or diploma in HR Management
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel Lead HR operations that contribute to AgeCare's mission of supporting employees and residents with quality care.
