The Facilities

Millwright is responsible for ensuring that multiple equipment types within the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) are fully operational. The incumbent works in a high performing team that is capable of analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing broken equipment, as well as performing preventive maintenance tasks.

Millwright works with the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor and contractors to coordinate recent construction and facilities repair work, all while ensuring that it is completed in compliance with federal and local regulations.

Shifts Available: Day shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Monitor key performance indicators and strive to achieve or exceed performance goals Prepare documentation and records to facilitate communication and planning Complete preventative maintenance work on-time according to schedule Develop and complete projects to drive continuous improvement Work collaboratively with other maintenance professionals as a part of a team Successful candidates must be willing to support Operations in continuous improvement projects Snow removal and landscaping duties as required Other general facility repairs as required (Drywall repair/painting etc.) Qualification or significant work experience as an Industrial Mechanic or Millwright. Consideration will also be given to candidates possessing an Electrician - Construction & Maintenance or an Industrial Electrician Certificate Of Qualification, but these individuals must have supplementary experience or qualifications in the maintenance of mechanical equipment.

Experience with mechanical maintenance, repairs and inspections. Solid working experience of mechanical drives Can make solid decisions quickly based on limited information.
