Senior Inside Sales Representative

Location: Calgary, AB The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our busy Calgary team and hit the ground running.

This role is at the center of customer experience, supporting pump, motor and water system products through quoting, order management and day to day customer support. You’ll work closely with customers, outside sales, key accounts, purchasing and vendors to keep opportunities and orders moving.

We’re looking for someone who already understands industrial or electrical distribution, knows how to manage a busy sales desk, and can confidently take ownership of customer needs from inquiry through quote to order.

What You’ll Do:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries, prepare quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide knowledgeable product and application support for pump, motor and water system products.
- Support Outside Sales Representatives and key accounts with quotes, orders, product information and customer requirements.
- Proactively follow up on open quotes and help move opportunities forward.
- Coordinate with purchasing and vendors to confirm product availability, pricing and lead times.
- Monitor orders and communicate updates or changes to customers and the sales team.
- Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate products and solutions based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate customer, quote and order information within the ERP system.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams.




- Share your experience and product knowledge with newer members of the inside sales team, helping strengthen the team’s overall capabilities.

What You Bring:

- 5+ years of inside sales experience within industrial, electrical or a related distribution setting.
- Pump, motor and/or electrical product knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Strong quoting, order management and ERP system experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer requests, quotes and priorities in a busy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors and our Delta sales teams.
- A proactive approach. You follow up, stay organized and keep things moving.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative sales team.
