Support external audit processes through documentation and responses to auditor requests. Contribute proactive, detailed financial analysis to explain results and assist in forecasting. Partner with business units to improve information flow and support management decision-making.
Collaborate with Finance team members to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiency. Drive process improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date documentation. CPA designation (CA, CMA, CGA), MBA, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in finance roles within the financial services industry.
Advanced
Excel skills with strong proficiency in Windows-based software and financial analytic systems.
Experience using technical accounting tools (e.g., Tableau). Knowledge of insurance products and insurance accounting.
Experience with financial systems and analytical tools.
