We are seeking a Senior Solutions Designer with strong experience in Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing technology solutions, translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, developing application flows, and creating business architecture artifacts.

Experience ensuring that corporate QA standards are followed and maintained would be an asset. Undertake the design of hosting technology solutions based on the client's service specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models in order to meet client application business requirements and project/initiative deliverables. Knowledge of integrated networking technologies, mainframe, midrange server, enterprise storage and SAN, and personal computer system technologies.

Knowledge of related best practices, OPS directory/messaging standards, standard facilities infrastructure/architecture management, facility service delivery processes, infrastructure policies, procedures and direction, cost models, and procurement processes. Ability to gather client business requirements, corporate I⁢ information mandates,



client information technology strategic plans, setting, and standards. Ability to participate in the development of solutions and provide advice on short- and long-term solution service development activities.

Knowledge of leading-edge technology design criteria, security and recovery procedures, and preparation of technical specifications for installation, testing, and performance of integrated, multi-service systems. Ability to assess performance and capacity of existing systems, make recommendations for improving performance, and develop technical documentation.

Experience planning, migrating, implementing, and sustaining large, complex system development projects. Knowledge of technology developments, trends, and new products to evaluate their application to client short- and long-term technology requirements. Basic knowledge of project management methodology, such as PMBOK, analytical tools, and processes.

Conceptual and analytical skills to assess and evaluate client needs and conduct cost/benefit analyses for new technology requirements in planning and designing solutions.

Experience with systems evaluation to assess conditions, technical performance, and capacity of existing systems and determine the need and feasibility of expansion, renovation, or replacement.

Technical





Solution and Development Skills – 40% At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies.

Experience developing high-level application flows to support business requirements.

Experience creating detailed process flows and developing high-level screen designs that map process steps to actual views in software solutions.

Experience with solutions and designs incorporating user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA).

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Experience creating wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups using UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD. Demonstrated experience identifying risks and providing solutions. Demonstrated experience creating quality assurance plans and writing test cases.

Experience working on Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)/Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) is a strong asset. 7+ years of experience in Siebel and Adobe AEM solution implementation. ~ Demonstrated experience documenting test strategies, scenarios, and plans for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). ~ Demonstrated ability to work effectively with functional and technical teams. Demonstrated ability to work well and communicate effectively with clients, bridging client business requirements to technical teams.

Public Sector

Experience – 5% Experience with the Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model would be an asset.

Experience ensuring that corporate QA standards are followed and maintained would be an asset. The resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding lunch breaks, Monday to Friday , at the identified OPS office location. ~
