We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join a Highspring delivery team and contribute to the design, development, and evolution of enterprise-scale backend solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer who thrives in cloud-native environments and enjoys building robust, scalable applications using modern Java technologies.

What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot. Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs. Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions.

Develop event-driven solutions and integrations. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Create and maintain automated unit tests using JUnit and related frameworks. Support application quality, performance, and reliability objectives.

Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders. Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across development processes.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and team planning activities.

What You
