À titre de conseiller(-ère) juridique senior, vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein de la direction des affaires commerciales et transactionnelles. Agir comme conseiller juridique et partenaire d’affaires auprès des équipes internes afin d’identifier et analyser les risques juridiques dans des dossiers contractuels complexes et/ou stratégiques, prévoir les enjeux d’affaires potentiels et proposer des solutions novatrices et adaptées aux objectifs d’affaires. Émettre des opinions juridiques pour Beneva et ses filiales sur des questions de nature juridique complexes en lien avec leurs opérations et leurs objectifs stratégiques, plus particulièrement en matière, de contrats commerciaux de biens et services et de contrats immobiliers.

Contribuer dans le suivi des travaux des avocats externes, et d’autres professionnels en matière contractuelle ainsi que dans le cadre de projets où les enjeux sont élevés et la précision juridique est primordiale, dans le respect des échéances et dans le but d’atteindre les objectifs stratégiques de Beneva.
