TheSeniorITSystem Administrator isresponsible for comprehensive management, maintenance, and security of theorganization’s IT and OT system infrastructure, including servers, storagesystems, operating systems, user access, M365 and meeting room ITequipment.This role ensures system reliability, performance, and compliance throughregular inspections, proactive monitoring, and structured administrativeprocesses. Deploy,configure, and maintain virtual and physical servers across corporate IT and OT environments, about 100 virtual servers on Azure/AWS cloud, about 100 virtualservers on premises, about 20 physical servers NetApp) including provisioning, capacity planning, andperformance optimization.

Administer andsupport Microsoft 365 (ExchangeOnline, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online) MeetingRoom IT Equipment Administration Manage the fulllifecycle of meeting room IT equipment, including projectors, displaysconference cameras, microphones, speakers, and other audiovisual (AV) devices.



Plan andcoordinate equipment upgrade and replacement projects, including requirementgathering, vendor selection, procurement, budget coordination, organizing installation and testing. Maintain anup-to-date inventory of meeting room IT assets, including device models,purchase dates, warranty status, and replacement schedules.

Helpdesk

Escalation & Team Collaboration Act assecond-tier support for helpdesk escalations related to servers, access,storage, and Microsoft 365. Collaborate withother IT team members to resolve complex infrastructure issues. Post-secondary diploma or degree in ComputerScience, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field; orequivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
