The Senior Coordinator, Outbound Logistics is a strategic, high-ownership role responsible for managing HelloFresh Canada’s carrier network across both last mile and middle mile. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all carrier relationships — from onboarding new partners to holding the existing network accountable for quality and cost performance. While the Systems and Analytics teams provide the tools and data, you are the operator who turns insight into action: renegotiating rates, escalating service failures, shaping network strategy, and continuously raising the bar on what “great” looks like for Canadian logistics. • Partner with Systems, Analytics, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to align carrier performance with broader business goals Act as the voice of the carrier network internally, surfacing risks, opportunities, and trade-offs to leadership 3–5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations, with a focus on carrier management, partner onboarding, and network optimization ~ Demonstrated experience managing carriers against performance KPIs (OTP, damage rates, service failures) and leading corrective action processes ~ Strong commercial acumen — comfortable with rate negotiations, contract management, and cost modelling ~ Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; able to build and manage performance scorecards, cost trackers, and cross-referenced datasets independently ~ Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and routing or logistics platforms ~ Analytical mindset — able to identify trends in carrier performance data and translate them into clear action plans ~ Highly organized and detail-oriented, with low error tolerance when managing carrier data, service areas,



and network configurations ~ Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects forward without a dedicated team ~ Experience in e-commerce, meal kit, or high-volume B2C logistics is an asset Health &
