Manager, you'll work closely with the firm's partners and fellow managers to cultivate recent and existing client relationships, while guiding the team on accounting, tax, and assurance services. The ideal candidate brings solid knowledge of personal and corporate tax planning, superior communication skills, and technical expertise to identify and resolve a range of accounting issues. Manage workflow, compliance deadlines, and staff hiring and mentoring Manage and review compilation, review, and audit engagements Identify and resolve accounting, tax, and audit issues Lead the team through engagement or client challenges, supporting training and development Manage client relationships and service delivery to help grow the firm's practice Minimum 5+ years of progressive public practice experience Sound knowledge of personal and corporate tax planning Experience in CaseWare/Caseview and TaxPrep is an asset #
