Swim Recruiting is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting for a CPA-designated skilled to lead financial reporting and internal controls within a growing Canadian finance team. The role reports to the Director of Finance and is based in Coquitlam with hybrid work options.

You will prepare month-end reporting, ensure strong internal controls, collaborate with AP/AR/payroll and project accounting, and mentor junior staff as the team expands.
