Reporting to the Head of Engineering, Wealth the Senior Manager of Engineering is responsible for providing leadership and direction on end-to-end technology design and implementation. Manage the team that architects, develops, operates, and supports wealth management technology solutions with focus on mobile app development.

grow and mentor developers ~5+ years of experience producing secure internet / client facing enterprise solutions in a professional development environment ~ Strong wealth management acumen, including an understanding of client journeys, investment products, regulatory expectations, and how technology enables scalable, secure, and client-centric wealth solutions ~5+ years of hands-on experience in secure software solution design & development using Kotlin, Android Frameworks, Swift / iOS frameworks, Java, Angular and public cloud technologies ~5+ years of hands-on experience operationalizing highly available software solutions ~3+ years of experience leading agile development teams, and providing leadership in ceremonies such as backlog grooming and sprint planning ~ Excel at designing and operationalizing software engineering processes to deliver high quality code ~ Good understanding in Cybersecurity in context of securing public Internet facing applications ~ Strong working understanding of public cloud technologies (e.g.
