This role is remote anywhere in Canada We're looking for a hands-on Senior Network Platform Engineer to build and operate large-scale cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kubernetes networking, AWS cloud services, Infrastructure as Code, and observability, with a passion for performance, automation, and reliability. Design and manage AWS networking (VPCs, Security Groups, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, DNS Firewalls) Implement and optimize Cilium, CNIs, Egress Gateway, and Network Policies Build reusable Terraform modules and automate infrastructure deployment Performance test and tune Kubernetes-native networking components Build monitoring and alerting solutions using Grafana & Prometheus Collaborate with platform, SRE, security, and engineering teams Strong Kubernetes administration and networking experience Deep knowledge of AWS networking services Experience with Cilium and Kubernetes Network Policies Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills mandatory Advanced eBPF/Cilium advanced networking AWS Networking or Solutions Architect certifications Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: CAD 68,874 - CAD 147,504 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial,

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
