Tipalti is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager, Partnerships to own post-go-live experiences for customers brought in via our partner ecosystem. You will manage a portfolio, drive adoption, retention, and growth while serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the journey.

You will collaborate with Alliances and Partner teams to ensure a connected customer experience, shape the current Partner CS function, and build scalable processes in a dynamic environment.
