As a detail-oriented Senior Payroll Analyst, you'll collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure timely execution of payroll administration.

Key skills include proficiency in ADP Lyric, analytical review of payroll data, and compliance with various tax regulations. You'll engage with employees and external partners to troubleshoot issues and optimize payroll processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead North America bi-weekly payroll using ADP Lyric
- Perform analytical reviews for payroll accuracy
- Collaborate with HR to ensure timely timecard submissions
- File quarter-end and year-end taxes accurately
- Handle complex payroll inquiries and issues

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in Canada payroll processing
- Knowledge of U.S. payroll tax regulations preferred
- Experience in union payroll is a plus
- Canada Payroll Compliance Professional or US Certified Payroll Skilled preferred
