About the Role Our client is seeking a highly analytical and innovative Senior Process Development Scientist to join their pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Kimberley . This role is critical for developing, optimizing, and scaling up manufacturing processes for current and existing pharmaceutical products. You will apply scientific principles and engineering expertise to ensure robust, efficient, and compliant production methods.

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical intermediates and final drug products. Author process development reports, validation protocols, and technology transfer documentation. Ensure all process development activities comply with cGMP, safety,



and environmental regulations. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality control teams to ensure smooth process implementation and transfer.

Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of chemical processes, reaction kinetics, and purification techniques.
