Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS This is a high-impact design role on our Hims & Hers Canada team. Core treatments — weight loss, hair loss & sexual health — are categories where trust is everything, and where good design changes whether someone asks for help at all. We're looking for a Product Designer who understands that and brings the skill, judgment, and craft to act on it.

You'll help shape the end-to-end experience across these categories: the intake flows, the treatment journeys, the moments of reassurance, and the points where someone decides to stay or leave. Research it, design it, write it, test it, measure it, iterate.

Move commercial outcomes on your surface: activation, conversion through regulated intake, retention, adherence. You're a talented Senior Product Designer with a passion for health and excitement about building our expanding healthcare platform. You enjoy working in energetic environments, solving complex problems, and creating thoughtful, user-centred design solutions that make a real impact.

Using research, data and the input of others, you break the ambiguity down and package it back up into something the team can build.

You design across surfaces, from mobile to emerging platforms like AI-native interfaces, and contribute to the system others build on. Product and commercial sense. Metrics, research and commercial awareness sit next to the work.

You lift the quality of every review you join. We expect you to work end to end, from problem definition and research to information architecture and UX writing. UX writing. Show problem solving that moved a commercial lever, not just well-made screens.

We want evidence of the outcome, the craft behind it, the care in the finish, how you contributed to the Design System, and where AI tightened your process. Typically 5 to 8 years in product design, with a track record of owning problems end to end and influencing direction at a team level. Every decision weighs commercial growth against clinical safety and care, and you don't let one erode the other.
