You will work closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to construct a product definition, a solution map, and roadmap, and define detailed product specifications.

You will work closely with a team of industry and technology A-players, who together are bringing to life the next generation of Veeva products to Medical Affairs. Be agile. Author & design high-quality specifications and communicate specific, actionable requirements to your engineering teammates Keep up with the latest Medical Information software and Life Sciences industry trends, and distill them into product requirements Experience with case management and customer service intake channels ~ Demonstrated expertise in design, product development,



and strategic planning ~ Experience in researching and understanding customer and market requirements to develop short and long-term product roadmaps and plans ~ Experience writing detailed user stories and managing a story backlog ~ Ability to understand and communicate architectural requirements, preferences, and limitations ~ Experience with data modeling (ERDs) and Lucidchart ~ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline ~ Experience in digital product design tools such as Figma Experience in Medical Information If moving to the interview stage, the process is as follows: # A final conversation with our group's Senior Leader. ~ Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance ~ PTO and company-paid holidays ~ Retirement programs ~Base pay:$130,000 - $180,000 CAD The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
