Role: Senior Product Manager, Water Status: Regular, Full-Time Reports to: Director, Product Management Department: Product & Marketing The Senior Product Manager, Water is accountable for the commercial performance and lifecycle execution of Enercare’s Water portfolio (Water Heater, Water Purification) product offerings. This role translates enterprise product strategy into pricing, offer design, GTM execution, and retention levers, ensuring plans and electrical services drive sustainable growth, margin, and multi‑product household penetration.

The Sr Product

Manager leads a team of three (2 PMs, 1 Analyst) and serves as the primary connector between product strategy and frontline execution. Own P&L; performance for water heater and water purification, delivering against revenue, margin, and retention targets. Drive unit additions, renewal lift, and churn reduction through data‑driven offers and experience improvements.

Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews; Translate VOC, field,



and call‑centre insights into quarterly and annual execution roadmaps. Ensure regulatory, certification, installation, and service‑readiness requirements are executed for all offerings. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Field, Call Centre, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver GTM plans and enablement.

Build strong execution discipline, commercial acumen, and cross‑functional leadership capability.
