This is a full-time IN-OFFICE position in Vaughan. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination with engineering and QA Drive projects end-to-end with clear timelines, sequencing, and risk management, without needing a PM above you to keep things on track Unblock engineering: write clear acceptance criteria, resolve ambiguity quickly, and make decisions with incomplete information Stakeholder Management Manage up, sideways, and across; legal, compliance, brand, ops, and leadership all have stakes in what you build create stakeholder-facing materials that actually get read Design & UX Quality Review UI/UX with a critical eye, challenge flows, question assumptions, and advocate for the player Hold the bar on quality: if it would confuse a player, it doesn't ship Legal & Compliance Alignment Work directly with legal to ensure features are compliant before they're designed, not after 5+ years of product management experience,
