You'll help shape impactful solutions, mentor emerging professionals, and contribute to projects that create lasting value. Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technical and infrastructure projects. Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and client expectations to ensure successful outcomes.

Develop high-quality technical reports, proposals, and project documentation. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developing professionals, supporting growth and knowledge sharing. Champion health, safety, quality, and environmental excellence across all project activities.

Contribute to the successful execution of strategic initiatives that advance communities and support sustainable development. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. Demonstrated experience managing complex substation projects and design teams, including budgeting, scheduling, design, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Strong technical substation expertise and a commitment to continuous learning.

Experience preparing technical reports, proposals, and client-facing deliverables. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and project teams. Strong health and safety mindset with experience supporting secure project execution.
