Oversee a complex, multi-stream program end-to-end with external client —setting program controls, tracking milestones across projects, and proactively managing risks and issues. 10+ years program management experience, overseeing multi-stream projects with globally distributed teams, with size of over 50 team members and multiple project managers ~ Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., Build WBS/dependency maps, standardize processes, and maintain solid documents (e.g., charters, risk logs). ~ MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Excel, and a PPM tool (e.g., Align roadmaps to contract/business goals; Demonstrated ability to align programs with the client contract goals, with examples of developing roadmaps or linking projects to strategic outcomes. ~ Risk & dependencies: Proactive RAID management, PMI-style risk frameworks, and contingencies. ~ Experience managing program budgets, tracking expenditures, and justifying cost adjustments to executives including management of projects with complex financial models involving (Fixed Price, T&M;, Milestone based payments, Revenue Recognition, and Fixed Monthly fees, and Expense recovery). ~ lead change control; strong attention to detail (IBM i modernization exposure a plus). ~ risk logs, program charters). ~ Experience with hybrid Agile-Waterfall methodologies in large-scale programs. ~ We are always looking for highly motivated, energetic, creative individuals who work well in a fast-moving team environment and are committed to excellence.
