Make a significant impact with WSP as a Senior Project Manager specializing in community infrastructure. Lead municipal water and wastewater projects for Indigenous communities in Northern Alberta. This role focuses on designing and delivering essential projects in coordination with Indigenous clients.
With over 10 years of municipal infrastructure experience, you'll facilitate community engagement, build solid relationships, and manage project scope, budget, and risks. Guiding interdisciplinary teams, you will ensure projects align with community priorities and contribute to sustainable infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and delivery of infrastructure projects
- Build relationships with Indigenous communities and stakeholders
- Facilitate community engagement sessions and workshops
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule
- Mentor junior staff and support team growth Requirements:
- 10+ years in municipal infrastructure, 5+ with First Nations
- Degree in civil engineering or related discipline
- PMP certification preferred
- Familiarity with Indigenous Services Canada processes
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence Drive community-focused infrastructure initiatives and improve lives with WSP.
