The role works with minimal direction on complex projects, providing expert-level knowledge of project management principles, standards, and business consulting through considerable project delivery experience. The Senior Project Manager uses significant latitude to control projects, conduct status reviews, provide business guidance, identify any deviations to the project plan, and recommend corrective action to mitigate potential issues. The Senior Project Manager is also responsible for working with the business leaders to establish meaningful and measurable benefits, and tracking the achievement of them throughout the project lifecycle. The role analyzes situations and data to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations to keep management informed of project status, changes, and milestone achievements. The candidate will work closely with the stakeholder tax team, including the Global Head of Tax and senior directors, as well as stakeholders outside of Tax, within a Finance PMO supporting regulatory projects across Controllership, Taxation, and Treasury lines of business.
