Allied Properties REIT is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of commercial properties. Reporting to a Manager, Accounting, you’ll support financial reporting, operating costs, and tax recovery processes to inform decisions.

The role requires 2–3 years in commercial property accounting, proficiency in Excel, and experience with Yardi; collaboration across teams is essential. This is a full time on-site position in Toronto with strong benefits.
