Ayre & Oxford Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager with a minimum of 5 years of direct property management experience to join our established team. For the right candidate, this opportunity may be structured as a Senior Residential Property Manager position, with the opportunity to become part of our Senior Leadership Team.

You will be joining a well-established, multi-disciplinary property management company with an experienced team and the opportunity to contribute beyond the day-to-day management of a portfolio. Managing a residential property portfolio Building solid relationships with owners, tenants, site staff and service providers Financial oversight, budgeting,



reporting and portfolio planning Coordinating maintenance, capital needs and property improvements Participating in recruitment, onboarding and training Contributing to operational improvements, policies and procedures Participating in company planning, technology initiatives and new ideas Working directly with the President/Broker and other senior leaders You may be an established Property Manager ready to take the next step in your career, or an experienced Senior Property Manager looking for a company where your knowledge, leadership and ideas can have a broader impact. A minimum of 5 years of property management experience is required.
