W3Global is seeking a real estate law clerk to manage files from opening to closing, including mortgage, refinancing and lending transactions. You will draft and file documents, coordinate with lenders and external counsel, and ensure accurate closing procedures. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of real estate law clerk experience, proficiency with Teraview, and solid knowledge of MS Office and LEAP. This is an in-person role in a busy firm setting.
