We are looking for a highly capable Senior Research Manager to support the delivery of qualitative research projects and work closely with Directors, Managers, and Analysts across the team.

The Senior Research

Manager will contribute across the research process, including project design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will bring strong project management, analytical, writing, and communication skills, as well as some experience moderating qualitative research. Executing qualitative projects across design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting Managing project timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows Drafting screeners, discussion guides,



and other research materials Reviewing online research platform programming and related materials Monitoring fieldwork, identifying issues, and supporting timely solutions Developing research reports and presentations Applying AI tools to support analysis and deliverables 5+ years of relevant qualitative research experience ~ University degree and/or post-graduate certificate in a relevant field ~ Experience managing qualitative research projects across multiple stages of the research process ~ Experience moderating live and asynchronous qualitative research ~ Strong analytical and synthesis skills and report-writing ability ~ Experience with online research platform programming and management ~ Comfort using AI tools and incorporating them into research workflows ~ Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word ~ French and/or other language skills are an asset ~ Willingness to travel occasionally within North America ~ A hybrid-remote work environment, where employees have the flexibility to work remotely or from one of our offices ~ Unlimited vacation policy ~ Offices in Toronto and Chicago, located steps to public transportation in the downtown core ~ Regular social events such as charity poker nights, trivia events, team building days, and more!
