We are looking for a Risk Control Consultant or Senior Risk Control Consultant for our growing Transportation & Fleet team! Provide technical advice and consultation to underwriters, adjusters and brokers on risk management and loss prevention related to commercial automobile and trucking accounts.

Conduct investigations and evaluations of commercial auto and trucking insurance operations for existing and/or potential business. Provide verbal and written recommendations based on technical expertise to help improve the account, as needed. Provide quality service and experience to policyholders and brokers as well as internal stakeholders such as underwriters, adjusters and managers.

Participate in the development and implementation of risk control and prevention training programs for brokers, underwriters and insureds. Answer technical questions and potentially provide training sessions to policyholders, underwriters, and brokers. Maintain knowledge expertise in commercial auto and trucking insurance operations.

College degree or sufficient experience in the industry (trucking or insurance) ~ 3 to 5 years of experience and subject matter expert with the knowledge required to assess commercial vehicle and trucking accounts. ~ Knowledge of technology related to the trucking industry, such as telematics, electronic records (ELDs),



dash cams and their use. ~ Experience working in claims, underwriting, risk control, or safety as it relates to commercial auto or trucking. ~ Valid driver's license with a good driving record. ~ Be customer and results oriented. ~ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
