As a Senior Scrum Master, you’ll be at the heart of our Agile approach, playing an essential role in ensuring the efficiency and cohesion of our teams. Your expertise will guide teams toward achieving their goals by adopting Scrum best practices and fostering a motivating work environment.

Facilitate

Scrum events and relationships between different stakeholders

- Contribute to the organization of the team to improve its performance and maturity, reduce wasted time and simplify its execution
- Participate in the continuous improvement of Agile practices
- Actively facilitate sprint execution by monitoring progress, following up on action items and impediments, and ensuring accurate updates in Atlassian Suite and other delivery management tools
- Identify, track, and actively remove impediments, escalating when resolution falls outside the team's control. Scrum certifications or other relevant certifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the technology field, including 3 years as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience managing multiple teams;

Experience participating in large-scale deliveries involving integrated planning of multiple products or teams

- Mastery of Scrum concepts
- University degree in computer science or a related field. Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, an advanced level of English is required,
